Acceptance
By creating an account or using EvidenceFlow, you agree to these terms. EvidenceFlow is free, open-source software distributed under the MIT License — see the License page for the full text.
Software provided as-is
EvidenceFlow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from its use, consistent with the MIT License.
AI-assisted output
AI screening decisions, extraction values, and confidence scores are suggestions to speed up your workflow, not a substitute for reviewer judgment. Always verify AI-assisted output against the source study before relying on it in a published review.
Acceptable use
Use EvidenceFlow for lawful research purposes. When retrieving full text through third-party APIs (PubMed Central, Unpaywall, Crossref, and others), you remain responsible for complying with those services' own terms and rate limits.
Your data
You retain ownership of the projects, studies, and extracted data you create. The operator of your deployment is responsible for its storage and backups.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
